Balboa is excited to partner with Chef Adam Higgs for an evening of decadent food expertly paired with premier Walla Walla Valley wines. Balboa Winery winemaker Tom Glase and Managing Partner Amy Glase will be on hand to lead guests through their culinary adventure. The evening begins with cured sea scallops with mandarins, jalepeño and caraway brittle alongside Gruet Brut NV Sparkling wine. The second course features stuffed rabbit saddle with rabbit glace, red wine soaked foie gras and stuffed bacon wrapped dates with the 2009 Wraith from Balboa's estate vineyard. Taste four notable wines from our winery partner, Chateau Ste.
