Our 2008 Syrah has an ink black color, thick and juicy flavors of ripe berries, laced with threads of dark chocolate mixed with lingering raspberry compote. The wine finishes with darker notes of sweet toast and ground chocolate flavors. An outstanding match for those famous barbecued spare ribs.
