L’Ecole is ‘old school’ in our winemaking traditions. We are engaged in growing and making 100% of all of our wines. Once our upper tier red wines are blended and complete, remaining wine is allocated to our Red Wine blend. In addition, this wine contains the press fraction collected from selected vineyard lots. Our customers appreciate the quality attention we give this wine and often refer to Red Wine as the great value wine from L’Ecole!
