Typically, the Cabernet Franc grape produces wines of medium body with a relatively short finish. That is not the case with the 2010 Sigillo Cellars Cabernet Franc. This wine is more full-bodied, with a long finish and noticeable tannins. The wine’s aroma is one of cigar box and ripe plum. The palate is firm-bodied, with abundant black cherry, anise and cedar.
