The 2010 Chardonnay was made in 1 year old French oak barrels, so as not to overpower the fruit in the wine. It contains aromas of melon, smoke, caramel and butterscotch. On the palate, the wine exudes tropical fruit flavors wrapped in spice, smoke and toasty oak notes.
