Cropped at extremely low yields of 1 ton/acre, this Syrah exudes intensity. Dark ink in color, this rich, luscious wine transcends intense flavors of deep blackberries and dark cherries, with subtle mocha and toasted oak aromas. Complex in mouthfeel, this wine is full of grippy tannins, exploding midway down the palate, with a smooth long finish. Pair with lamb, beef, bison, hearty grilled vegetables, gruyere, and aged gouda.
