A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, this wine is quite complex with an explosive nose of cassis, leather and brown spice; fresh mint and cured meat. The palate is well-structured with good weight, yet with an impressive fruit-tannin balance and a ripe/toasty finish. Flavors of dark cherry and baking spice linger on the finish.
