Our Story
Cave B is a premium destination winery resort beautifully situated on the cliffs above the Columbia River in the Ancient lakes Region of Quincy Washington. Ammenities include the 30-room Cave B Inn & Spa, 25 luxury Yurt accomodations, Tendrils gourmet restaurant. With over 100 acres of vineyard, much of which has twenty + year old vines, Cave B is able to select only the best fruit for its limited production wines. Not only are the best lots selected each year, but grapes are hand picked in multiple harvests for optimal ripeness. These clusters are then hand sorted for the best grapes for winemaking. Cave B estate wines include cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, semillon and chardonnay. At Cave B these premium wines are elevated by the superlative surroundings, making any visit a special occasion. Tasting room/gift shop is open daily. Tours and special events welcome with advance notice.
