Our blend starts out with ripe apple aromas, moving to lively tropical fruit flavors. A short time in new French oak adds a touch of vanilla. Pairs well with seafood, light flavored cheeses and ideal for turkey dinners. Stillwater Creek Vineyard is the source for all of the Roussanne and 90% of the Viognier. The remainder of the Viognier is from our Chelan Estate Vineyard.
