This cool vineyard location is ideal for the even ripening and flavor development of Chardonnay and Viognier. The wine was aged in used French puncheons. Straw gold color, stone fruit aromas, apple and pear fruit flavors backed by crisp acidity for a clean finish. This is a very classic style of white wine that is a great food companion.
