This off-dry riesling style has a pale golden straw color with layers of pear, lemon citrus, clover, jasmine, honey and kerosene. The rich texture is supported by firm acidity which leads to a lengthy sweet and fruity aftertaste. This wine is ready to drink immediately but will in 2 to 3 years relinquish to the enzymatic transformation from fruity terpenes into the great aged German style riesling with heavy notes of kerosene and petrol – enjoy!
