This Chardonnay was fermented at a cool temperature in a stainless steel tank with no secondary malolactic fermentation in order to preserve its crisp acidity and promote the stone and tropical fruit aromas of apple, pineapple and coconut. Extended sur lees ageing added plenty of palate weight, and provides a creamy texture with nuances of toast and nutty cheese.
