Coyote Canyon Winery is one of those very rare wineries in Washington State using 100% estate grown grapes from a single AVA (American Viticultural Area) for all their wines. Coyote Canyon Vineyard is located in Horse Heaven Hills - an AVA that sits high above the Yakima Valley/Prosser to the North and the majestic Columbia River to the south. While being Washington State?s seventh AVA, it was only the second Washington State AVA selection created due to "specific terroir and climate". Horse Heaven Hills AVA covers over 570,000 acres of seemingly endless cattle ranches, wheat farms and vineyards.We will offer you a bit of history and a slice of fresh baked bread to accompany our premier tasting menu.
