The wine offers up a bouquet of cassis, dark plum and mocha. Citrus peel, coriander, vanilla and flint characterize the mid-palate. The finish goes on and on. This is an elegant wine!! Aged for thirty months in both new and once used Taransaud French barrels, this wine was bottled un- fined and unfiltered. Absolutely, delicious with grilled lamb chops rubbed with Herbes de Provence!
