Dineen Vineyards, 2009 Syrah

Dineen Vineyards-grown Syrah has been on wine-lovers’ radar ever since O-S Winery’s 2006 Dineen Vineyard designated Syrah was selected as one of Washington’s top 100 wines in 2009 by the Seattle Times’ wine columnist, Paul Gregutt. Our Dineen Vineyards Syrah is a deep, almost black red with a vibrant cerise rim. Wafting from the glass are aromas of black cherries wrapped up in dark chocolate and touched by a subtle note of vanilla. On the mid-palate, orange peel and fennel emerge to be followed by smoke and white pepper on the long finish. Our lush, 100% Syrah will leave you wanting one more glass! Match with pulled pork barbeque for a memorable meal.
