Pepper Bridge is a gravity flow winery that is extremely gentle on the grapes and wine. We produce ultra-premium, world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Our estate vineyards, Pepper Bridge Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard, are recognized as two of the best in the state. Both are internationally certified as Sustainable Farms by the IOBC out of Switzerland. We make extensive use of both compost and compost tea with the goal of leaving the land in better shape for our next generation. Both vineyards are members of Salmon Safe and VINEA, which is the Walla Walla Valley Sustainable Farming Organization. Pepper Bridge Winery is one of the few wineries in the valley that uses 100% Estate Grown fruit from the Walla Walla Valley.
Our third generation winemaker, Jean-Francois Pellet, is formally trained in Europe in both Viticulture and Enology and is one of the partners in this small family owned winery.
