100% Chardonnay compliments salmon and other fish entrees. This 2007 Chardonnay is a limited bottling of "old Vine" Chardonnay from Smasne Vineyard in the Columbia Valley that was planted in 1981. It is true to its varietal character, fermentation in stainless steel leads to a fruit forward yet clean and crisp with a lush mouth-feel and crisp finish.
