Named for our oldest daughter, Stella Mae is Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Elegant, aromatic and sultry. Silky, saturated and ridiculously long on the palate. The nose is layered with aromas of incense, sweet toasty oak, vanilla, cocoa, blackberry pie and pencil shavings. Explodes on the palate with flavors of black cassis, deep wild cherry, figs, mint and dark chocolate.
