This is an unbelievably good wine. It is blend of most of what we make; a bit of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and the occasional Malbec. The wine is made in batches of four barrels using one barrel of the previous batch to keep continuity. Besides a blend of grapes, it is often a blend of vintages; whatever it takes to create a full complex wine.
