Cara De Lavallade, Enchantment Resort, Sedona
Cara is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and has over a decade of experience in the wine industry. She is currently living in Arizona, where she manages the beverage program for the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. She has worked in Mendoza, Argentina, on the sommelier team for Silversea Cruises, as well as extensively in Washington State, having managed the wine list for Terra Plata in Seattle, and serving as the Wine Director for the esteemed Willows Lodge in Woodinville. She’s currently studying for the Master Sommelier exam, and holds an Advanced certification from WSET, a French Wine Scholar Certificate, and is a Certified Sherry Specialist.
