To participate in Taste Washington, please follow the steps to ensure your registration meets our event requirements.

STEP ONE (1) – REVIEW OUR EVENT PARTICIPATION POLICY
Our ‘Event Participation Policy’ outlines what is required to participate in Washington State Wine Commission events. Please review this prior to registering. Please note, that only Washington State wineries and grape growers paying assessments will be allowed to participate in our events. Other caveats apply. Click the below link to review the policy in detail.
Event Participation Policy
STEP TWO (2) – SUBMIT YOUR GRAPE REPORT
Per our participation requirements, in order to register for any Taste Washington events, all wineries and vineyards must be up to date on their grape reports and assessments paid to the Washington State Wine Commission through the 2024 reporting year. Additionally, registered wineries must complete their current grape assessments for the 2025 vintage by January 31, 2026 or risk losing their table at Taste WA and being replaced by a waitlisted winery.
If you are a distillery, please note that The Grand Tasting does not include spirits. If you are interested in looking at other sponsorships outside of The Grand Tasting, please reach out SE Productions’, Chloe Hendrickson at chloe@seproductions.us.
How to File your Grape Report
STEP THREE (3) – PREPARE FOR REGISTRATION
Wines to be poured at the event: wines will be listed on the website, and will be available as a list to trade and media. For the Grand Tasting, please select three (3) wines to be poured Saturday and three (3) wines to be poured Sunday – note you can choose to pour the same wines on both days. For Signature events, please select three (3) wines to be poured during each event you register for. You will be able to update the wines after you register, if needed.
Winery Information: please have your winery bio (500 words or less), basic winery information, and brand logo ready. You can review your logo on this page. If you approve the version currently displayed, there’s no need to upload a new file. If you’d like to update your logo, or if you’re a new Taste Washington participant, please have a .png, .eps, or other vector format version available. Your basic winery information should include contact details, addresses, and social handles.
Special distinctions or information: for example, if your wines are labeled Sustainable WA Certified Grapes, or certified from another organization, or if your winery is minority or women-owned, please be prepared to include this information in your registration.
Please anticipate that your registration may take up to twenty or more minutes to complete with the above gathered information on hand. The best method is to register all in one go, which will help avoid incomplete registrations and registration time-outs.
TRADE NOMINATION
Even though Taste Washington is primarily a consumer event, we know that trade and media attendance are an important piece of Taste Washington. This year, SE Productions has agreed to increase trade access by more than 15%. We are asking you, our constituents, to recommend influential trade to be included in our initial invitation list for Trade Access to The Grand Tasting.
We are specifically looking for local, high-quality members of the wine trade, but are also interested in trade outside WA who may be considered for our Taste Washington inbound trip.
We consider a member of the ‘trade’ to be a beverage professional who works in the alcoholic beverage industry. This includes beverage professionals who hold influential positions, particularly those in a buying or selling capacity within their organization, and in the following types of operations: bars, restaurants, retail outlets, wine education, caterers, event venues, hotels, distribution, etc.
Due to limited trade comp tickets and high demand, we respectfully are unable to offer trade credentials to winery, tasting room or vineyard employees. These tickets are intended for buyers who can help increase market share.
If you know a member of the trade who would benefit from attending Taste Washington, please click the link below and submit their information.
Please Note: submission of trade does NOT guarantee selection. All trade will be reviewed, and hand-selected to attend.
