Isabella Fitzgerald is a New Jersey native. She is a graduate of the inaugural class at the Charlotte, North Carolina campus of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Marketing. She spent over 8 years with the Union Square Hospitality Group, predominantly at the world-renowned Gramercy Tavern, but has also worked at top NYC restaurants like Rouge Tomate Chelsea, Temple Court at the Beekman Hotel and Momofuku Kawi, as well as for the highly-regarded importer & distributor, David Bowler Wine.
