Maurice DiMarino, Beverage Director, Cohn Restaurant Group, San Diego
Maurice DiMarino is the Beverage Director for the Cohn Restaurant Group, where he oversees the beverage program for 26 restaurants in San Diego, Long Beach and Maui. Maurice is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Cicerone and is CRT certified in Tequila. He sits on advisory boards for a number of national beverage conferences, and also teaches several courses for the Business of Wine program at San Diego State University.
