Chris McFall is an Advanced Sommelier, who is currently working at the three-Michelin starred Single Thread Farms in Healdsburg, CA. Prior to that, he worked extensively in Austin, Houston and Chicago, at many renowned restaurants including Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, Mastro’s at the Post Oak, McGuire Moorman Hospitality and the two-Michelin starred Lazy Bear in San Francisco. He’s been in charge of staff education at numerous restaurants, and also has experience as an owner/operator. In 2012, Chris was named ‘Best New Sommelier’ by Wine & Spirits Magazine.
